Supportive coaching packages are a crucial component of a health and wellbeing program. Employees enjoy a 20-30 minute one-on-one session with an experienced health professional. Packages can inlcude a number of follow-up sessions, supporting people to identify their key motivators, making sustainable long-term change achievable.
A key difference is that our service is modeled on Cultivate's person-centred, wholistic health philosophy, providing a deeper, more focused experience.
Our supportive coaching packages include a range of targeted assessments and measurements based on best practice with outcomes than can be monitored and measured. Choose from three different Cultivate coaching services:
Health and wellbeing coaching
Kick start your people’s wellbeing journey with a personalised one-on-one approach with a Cultivate health and wellbeing consultant. An opportunity to focus on personal health and wellbeing goals, set clear action points and walk away with new knowledge. We consider sleep and energy levels, mental and emotional wellbeing, work and life balance, food and drink and movement and activity.
Food coaching
Food coaching (with an Accredited Practicing Dietitian) will offer an interactive assessment that has a person centred approach to food and nutrition in the context of wholistic living. This opportunity may include help achieving a balanced diet, practical food and meal planning, weight loss, chronic disease management, sports nutrition, eating to increase energy and family meal planning.
Movement coaching
Movement coaching (with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist) combines an interactive assessment, coaching and prescription of physical activity specific to the needs and goals of the individual. This may include improving muscle strength or flexibility, heart and lung endurance, weight management, preparing for a sporting event, improving management of chronic diseases and recovering from injury.
